How to register Step 1: Get a registration login and password After you enter your e-mail on the web site, your login and password will be send to you. If you don’t receive this information within one day, please send an e-mail to: NT08@lcvn.univ-montp2.fr Step 2: Register After on-line registration, an e-mail giving the status of your quotation and a reference number will be send to you. This reference number must appear on your payment form. Step 3: Quotation NT’08 registration fee includes :

Fees for an accompanying person include the welcome party on June 29th and refreshments during the conference. For all other events (including lunches, banquet, guided Tour and visits), please check the quotation list and check in! The fees for your accompanying person(s) will be sent to you by e-mail. | Accommodations |
1-Student Guest Houses Rooms are available in Student Guest House (10-15 mns from the conference center by Tramway). Each room is equipped with individual restrooms and shower. Fees for one week (8 nights): 125€ The reservation of a room in Student Guest Houses must be made together with the registration. Caution: The reservation deadline for Student Guest Houses is March 1, 20082-Hotels Hotel rooms in downtown Montpellier are reserved for the conference by “le Corum”. For reservations, please fill out the hotel accommodation PDF form (available on the site) and transmit it together with your deposit payment by post mail or fax to :
All the selected hotels are of about 10 mns walk from to the Center of Congress Deadline for hotel reservation: May 15th. A confirmation e-mail will be sent at receipt by “le Corum”. |
| General information |
Passports and Visa Every person entering France must have a valid passport. Validity should exceed the meeting duration. In addition, citizens from some countries must have a visa issued by a French consulate in his/her country. Please be aware that it may take more than one month to get a visa. Currency Exchange Only euro is acceptable at stores and restaurants. ATM machine are very common and accepts most of the usual credit carts. You can also exchange money at foreign exchange bank (e.g. Banque Courtois, Place de la Comédie) and other authorized exchanges upon presentation of your passport. Insurances The organizing committee is not responsible for accidents, sickness, thefts or property damages. Participants are encouraged to subscribe their own insurance. Electrical Appliances Electrical appliances operates on 220 volts, 50 Hz in France.
