- Sightseeing tour and banquet
A sightseeing tour by bus will be organized on Wednesday afternoon, July 2nd, for discovering the countryside around Montpellier. This beautiful landscape includes vineyards of Languedoc, wild areas, typical villages from the middle-age, and several wonderful caves.
The buses will leave the Corum just after the morning session. Lunch boxes will be
distributed to each participant. Since the program includes the visit of caves, it is therefore recommended to take non slippery shoes and a warm coat.
The tour is combined with the conference dinner which will take place in the famous “Abbaye de Valmagne ”. This means that there will be no return to Montpellier before the dinner.
We will be around midnight either to the hotels, down town or student guest houses.
-
Poster awards
For each poster session, a president and experts are asked to select three specific posters which are considered as real breakthrough in the field (possibly four posters for session F due to the number of posters involved).
After the discussion of the selection committees, the presidents will inform the organizing committee about their decisions. A session dedicated to "poster awards" is planned on Friday afternoon (around 4 pm).
