- synthesis and characterization of new copper(I) halide compounds to develop original functional luminescent materials
- synthesis and characterization of lead halide luminescent materials related to hybrid perovskites
- the synthesis of lanthanide-based coordination polymers or MOFs for luminescence thermometry applications
The range of technological applications targeted is broad, encompassing new active materials for optical information storage or counterfeit detection, intelligent pigments, optical probes, sensors (gas, water, pressure or temperature), or lighting.
Expertise: synthesis of organic-inorganic hybrid materials, supramolecular assemblies, structural characterizations, photo-physical characterizations (photochromism, photoluminescence), structure-property correlation, coordination chemistry.
