Thin-film sputter deposition for electrode applications in micropower batteries.

Development of perovskite structure layers by sputtering for use as electrodes in micropower batteries.
Biography:
I’m currently working on the deposition of thin films by magnetron co-sputtering as part of the development of energy storage devices, in particular micro-batteries and supercapacitors.
