Ammonia is a key vector for storing and transporting hydrogen, and an ideal fuel for the decarbonized production of energy, while remaining an indispensable raw material in the production of nitrogen fertilizers. GREENH3’s objective is the (photo-)electrochemical production of ammonia from nitrogen in the air.
