Visit to Naval Group
Students from Polytech Nantes’ Materials department were visited by Naval Group. It’s an excellent continuation of our long-standing relationship with the industrial group, both in terms of training and research at IMN.
The manufacturers presented their cutting-edge expertise in additive manufacturing, International Wedding Engineer (IWE) certification, biomaterials, as well as metallic and polymeric materials, whether in engineering, production or maintenance. This expertise is central to the naval sector, which is subject to severe constraints (corrosion, fatigue, attacks, etc.).
