Ahmed Rhallabi offered an in-depth scientific insight into cold plasma processes, now at the heart of technological advances in the fields of materials, micro- and nano-fabrication.
Ahmed Rhallabi, Professor at Nantes University, is a recognized expert in microelectronics and VLSI technologies. He is in charge of the PCM team’s Plasma Process Modeling and Simulation axis at IMN.
Author and co-author of numerous international scientific publications, he has also coordinated several industrial projects and developed extensive international collaborations.
