Ilana Bidon, winner of the Young EFC Best Oral Presentation Award at EUROCORR 2026
Congratulations to Ilana Bidon, a doctoral student in our lab, who won the Young EFC Best Oral Presentation Award, which is given to young researchers! She is advised by Pascal Paillard and Laurent Couturier, faculty members ofthe ID2M team.
He was presented with this award at the EUROCORR2026 International Conference , the European Corrosion Congress, which took place in Dublin, Ireland, from September 6 to 10.
This international conference brings together academic and industrial experts in the field of corrosion. EUROCORR 2026 thus provided a forum for discussion on all aspects of corrosion science, technology, and engineering, with a focus on the main theme: “Investing in Our Future: Corrosion Challenges for Green Technologies.”
