As part of our research in assemblies of metallic materials and also in metallic additive manufacturing, we have acquired and / or designed equipment. Our welding skills have guided us in additive manufacturing towards wire fusion welding processes.

Cartesian bench, MAG process (EWM, Multi wires) for welding and Metal Additive Manufacturing WAAM

Automatic bench with recording of the electrical parameters of welding and deposition, possibility of synchronization with thermal measurements (thermocouples, high speed Multispectral infrared camera, high speed optical video).
Possibility of making different input metals simultaneously or alternately.

Cartesian bench, Laser process (ILS, Précitec Head, 7kW) for welding and Metal Additive Manufacturing WLAM

Automatic bench with recording of the electrical parameters of welding and deposition, possibility of synchronization with thermal measurements (thermocouples, high speed Multispectral infrared camera, high speed optical video). The final diode laser system offered by Laserline is an LDF 7000-40 to achieve a maximum power of 7 kW.
