Biography:
Dimitri Boivin is a post-doc at the Institut des Matériaux Jean Rouxel (IMN) in Nantes, in the Plasmas and Thin Films (PCM) group. Specialist in DC and HiPIMS PVD deposition. He completed his Master’s degree at the University of Lorraine, and his thesis at the Institut Jean Lamour in Nancy. He did his first Post-Doctorate at GREMI on thin film deposition for antibacterial applications. On March 1, 2024, he took up a post-doctoral position at IMN.

Biography:
Hélène Brault obtained her PhD in inorganic chemistry (2009) from the University of Bordeaux (ICMCB, France), where she worked on the optoelectronic properties of zinc oxide and fluoride. In 2009, HB was awarded a Humboldt Fellowship to join Martin Jansen’s group (Max-Planck Institute of Solid-State Chemistry, Stuttgart, Germany) as a postdoctoral researcher to study the role of high pressure on oxides containing lone-pair metals. HB then joined Dr. Michel Mortier’s group (LCMCP, Paris, France), working on luminescent fluoride glasses. Since 2011, HB has been a lecturer in chemistry at the University of Nantes, where she began working on various luminescent inorganic materials. Since 2016, her current research topics are mainly focused on lanthanide-based coordination polymers and MOFs for luminescence thermometry.
